Patient Participation Group

We would like to know how to improve our service to you and we would welcome your thoughts about our surgery & staff. To help us with this. We have set up a patient participation group so that you can have your say. We will ask  members of this group to meet  regularly, ask questions from time to time about our standard services or care and help implement any ways to help improve the surgery. We aim to gather a number of patients from as broad a spectrum as possible to get a truly representative sample of responses. All ages , workers, retirees, people suffering from long term conditions and different nationalities.

Or you may prefer Our Patient Reference Group. The patient reference group are contacted by email only as we understand that some patients may not wish to, or have time to attend face to face meetings but would be willing, on an occasional basis, to be contacted by e-mail to answer questions about how well the surgery is doing in order for us to identify any areas of improvement.

Contact

Please contact our PPG on the following email address:  [email protected]  if you have any suggestions or feedback for our PPG Group. Please note this email is NOT monitored 24 hours per day and is only intended for PPG queries, anything else will be returned to sender
