Am I eligible for a COVID-19 spring vaccine?
Anyone aged 75, a resident in a care home for older adults and children who have a weakened immune system can get their free COVID-19 vaccination this spring. If you are unsure of your eligibility, please check the NHS website or speak to a vaccination health professional during your appointment
Where can I get my vaccination?
Local vaccination centres, community pop-up clinics, someGP surgeries and pharmacies. Search ‘Dorset vaccinationservice’ online for a full list of local sites.
How can I book?
You can book your appointment at your chosen local clinic using the National Booking Service online, the NHS App or call 119.
Some clinics will have a local booking system. Scan the QR code for the NHS COVID-19 vaccination service pages
Can I walk in to get my vaccine?
Some clinics will not accept walk-in appointments, it is best to book your appointment in advance or check the NHS online ‘walk-in finder’ on the day. If you have a booked appointment but decide to get vaccinated at a walk-in site elsewhere, don’t forget to cancel your booking so someone else can use it.
