Are you over 65, between 50 – 64 or 18-49 years old in the ‘at risk’ category?
It is more important then ever to have you flu vaccination this year & we strongly recommend it. We envisage the uptake for the flu vaccination will be greater than ever and we urge you to book an appointment ASAP to avoid disappointment.
The flu vaccine is available to the following people:
✔️ are 50 and over
✔️ have certain health conditions
✔️ are pregnant
✔️ are in long-stay residential care
✔️ receive a carer’s allowance, or are the main carer for an older or disabled person who may be at risk if you get sick
✔️ live with someone who is more likely to get infections (such as someone who has HIV, has had a transplant or is having certain treatments for cancer, lupus or rheumatoid arthritis)
✔️ frontline health or social care workers
